Bonham ISD hired me to teach Headstart 4year olds in August of 2013. I teach at the Bailey Inglish Early Educaiton Center. This is my 5th year to teach at Bailey Inglish along with my 5th year to teach with this ISD. I am currently teaching Pre-Kindergarten and hope to stay here many years to come.
I began teaching in the fall of 2008 for Honey Grove ISD. I taught 7th and 8th grade English/Language Arts and Reading. I taught there until the summer of 2012. Then I took a job with the Texoma Community Center. I worked under ECI and helped families with children who were developing slower than should be for ages 0-3 years.
My husband, Marcus, and I have been married for 20 years. We have a son, Nicholas, who is 13, and a daughter, Chelsea who is 8. My family and I have lived in Honey Grove for 20 years. My children attend Dodd City ISD. Over the years, our family has loved several animals. At this time, we have three rescue cats; Blue, JoJo, and Tiny.
I have several hobbies. I enjoy shooting skeet and trap with my son. I love to read on my Kindle and I enjoy sewing with my daughter. When I’m not teaching I love to spend time with my family. We may stay at home and watch a movie or we may go out and participate in events. My family and I do many many things together.
