I graduated from Bonham High School in 2000. In 2011, I earned my Assoicate degree in Early Childhood Education from Dona Ana Community College in New Mexico. I finished my BA in Individualized Studies from New Mexico State University in December of 2018.
Attended the Head Start Conference in Irving TX 2014. I’ve also attended many professional development conferences over the years as Special Education/Kindergarten Assistant.
I started teaching in January 2019 at Bailey Inglish as a Head Start Teacher.
I worked in Garland TX at Child Care Group which is an affliate with Head Start of Greater Dallas, as the lead teacher from 2013 to 2015. I’ve worked with children for over 19 years now. The majority of the time was for day care as a Pre-K Teacher, but I worked for over 7 years in the Las Cruces Public School District as a Special Education Assistant, Kindergarten Assistant and a Floater Assistant.
My husband and I have been married for almost years now. As a blended family, we have 5 children between us ranging from 22 years old to 3 years old. Our oldest daughter graduated from BHS in 2017. We have 2 sons at BHS right now, one is a senior and the other is a junior. Our youngest son is in 5rd grade at I.W. Evans and our almost 4 year old runs us all.
